Tate’s Bake Shop wanted to convert its active social media fans into customers buying cookies online. Using Facebook advertising and social promotions (contests, games, drawings), we solicited the email newsletter registrations needed to build Tate’s e-commerce customer base.


  • We increased Tate’s likes  on two brand pages from 1,700 to more than 114,200 by targeting only the most motivated and relevant audiences.
  • Developed and fully managed 13 major social contests. These drew 172,500+ visitors and 166,260+ total engagements. These kept the Tate’s Bake Shop brand at top-of-mind with current and new customers throughout the year.
  • Generated more than 87,000 email registrations; these drove a significant increase in e-commerce sales.
